For this top provider of cutting-edge packaging solutions, specialized in creating protective packaging for the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace sectors, we are on the lookout for a Logistics Specialist for Outbound Operations to join our team in Eindhoven. This role involves operating in two shifts.

Position Overview

We're in need of a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Professional to become part of our vibrant team based in Eindhoven. The ideal candidate will be accountable for supporting our logistics activities, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and maintaining precise records. This position offers a diverse and dynamic work setting with the two-shift system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and overseeing outgoing shipments
  • Loading trucks using equipment like EPT, Stacker, and forklift
  • Maintaining accurate inventory documentation and keeping track of stock levels
  • Preparing and handling shipping paperwork, invoices, and customs paperwork
  • Operating the SAP system
  • Following packaging procedures
  • Monitoring and updating on shipment statuses and resolving any logistics issues
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production logistics setting
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP usage
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Certified and experienced with EPT, forklift, and stacker operations
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a two-shift cycle (morning and evening shifts)
