DHLen hun medewerkers zijn verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig enfoutloos leveren van verschillende producten en diensten. Destandplaats is Wijchen. De locatie goed te bereiken met hetopenbaar vervoer en auto.

Functieomschrijving

Als Operational Support Officer heb je verschillendetaken. Hierbij kun je denken aan het onderhouden van klantrelatiesen het uitvoeren van administratieve taken. Lijkt deze functie jouwat en ben je direct beschikbaar? Lees danverder

Voor onze opdrachtgever DHL zijn we opzoek naar een Operational Support Officer. In deze rol werk je ineen gezellig en hecht team. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaatuit:

  • Klantcontact onderhouden overoperationele vragen en problemen.
  • Samenwerkenmet andere afdelingen om operationele vragen en problemen op telossen.
  • Claims en manco's afhandelen via deverzekeraar en klant. Je legt de afspraken vast, bewaakt devoortgang en overlegt met de Claims Specialist indiennodig.
  • Klantgerichte rapportenmaken.
  • Gegevens invoeren over gestelde vragenen klachten. Je legt de afspraken vast en rapporteert deze aan jeleidinggevende.
Functie-eisen
  • Een minimale beschikbaarheid van 32 uurper week.
  • Enige operationele ervaring op hetgebied van transport en logistiek.
  • Eenafgeronde relevante MBO-opleiding.
  • Enige kennisvan administratieve processen.
  • Interesse ininterne bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Enige kennis van toete passen computerapplicaties.
  • Beheersing vande Nederlandse- en Engelse taal in zowel woord alsgeschrift.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Naast een leuke fulltime functie mag je het volgendeverwachten:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van€1.900,- tot €2.338,- op basis van een fulltime dienstverband enkennis en ervaring.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding vanafde eerste kilometer (max. €9,30 netto perdag);
  • Je bouwt 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33%vakantiegeld op, gebaseerd op een fulltimedienstverband;
  • Vanaf je eerste werkdag word jeopgenomen in de pensioenregeling, waarvan Olympia de basispremiebetaalt;
  • Een tijdelijk contract metmogelijkheid tot een vast dienstverband bij goedfunctioneren;
  • Diversegroeimogelijkheden.
