Your responsibilities:

• Transform sales strategies into a country-specific action plan tailored to each category and ensure thorough implementation.
• Recruit, inspire, oversee, assess, and nurture team members to foster an empowered and engaged work environment, ensuring optimal staffing quality.
• Manage and monitor country operations and concerns (such as quality issues, overdue matters, etc.) to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Serve as the key contact for the company in the designated countries and categories, handling logistical, invoicing, and payment matters.
• Track sales performance continuously and take corrective measures as advised by the Area Sales Manager when necessary (e.g., sales volumes, price negotiations, forecasts vs. budget) to meet set objectives.
• Identify sales prospects, engage in price discussions, establish local connections, and follow through on sales initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
• Supervise local projects, request resources, and intervene as needed to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Gather, analyze, and present relevant data regularly and as needed, and compile management reports to provide accurate and timely information to the management team.
• Collect and analyze data on competitors, end users, market trends, and economic conditions, and communicate this information to relevant stakeholders (e.g., the area sales manager) to enable informed decision-making.

Your Profile:

Skills and Experience required for the role:

• Bachelor/Master's Degree with 5 years' experience in a similar capacity; MBA, Biological Science, or Food Technology Master's degree.

Technical Skills (including languages) necessary for the role:
