Wat ga je doen?

De ontwikkelingen in de technologie gaan snel, heel snel. De Technology Lead is een essentiële functie binnen het leadership van Outsystems team zodat er continu ingespeeld kan worden op de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen binnen en rond OutSystems.

Als Technology Lead heb je een uitdagende rol waarin je klantwerk combineert met het begeleiden van de ontwikkeling van ons team in technische zin. Verder ben je ondernemend bezig en goed bekend met een agile werkwijze. Je neemt de rest van het team mee in de ontwikkeling die in de markt spelen zodat we ons bij klanten kunnen onderscheiden. Je werkt samen met het managementteam en de consultants om te bepalen op welke wijze wij als SolutionWise kunnen inspelen op deze ontwikkelingen. Daarnaast kijk je naar hoe we dit kunnen integreren in onze onderscheidende aanpak. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de missie, visie, strategie en doelstellingen binnen jouw eigen technologie. Met als doel hierdoor samen met de klanten te groeien.

Requirements

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Meer dan 6 jaar ervaring als Consultant binnen de IT;
  • Ervaring als Architect of Strategisch Consultant;
  • Relevant netwerk in OutSystems;
  • Goede beheersing Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.
