**Uitdagingen**

Als (Junior) Legal Councel Labour Affairs werk je in het expertteam "Labour Affairs" op de afdeling HR Legal & Reward. Je krijgt een waardevolle positie binnen het team waarbij je in contact staat met onze hele organisatie. In jouw rol geef je het (senior) management en HR-professionals van al onze bedrijfsonderdelen in Nederland juridisch advies over uiteenlopende arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties, bijvoorbeeld over disciplinaire maatregelen, re-integratie en disfunctioneren. Kortom, als (Junior) Legal Councel Labour Affairs ben je een echte spin in het arbeidsrechtelijke web en fungeer je als vraagbaak en adviespartner voor de HR-professionals en het (senior) management van PostNL bij diverse casussen.
- Jouw werkzaamheden zijn o.a.:_
- Je onderhandelt bij individuele arbeidsrechtelijke casussen en vraagstukken. Ook bied je ondersteuning bij het opstellen van brieven met betrekking tot disciplinaire maatregelen en beëindigingsovereenkomsten;
- Je correspondeert inhoudelijk met gemachtigden van medewerkers (bijvoorbeeld advocaten of vakbondsvertegenwoordigers). Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de overeengekomen regelingen vastgelegd worden in vaststellings
- en beëindigingsovereenkomsten en draag je zorg voor de juiste uitvoering van de gemaakte afspraken;
- Je signaleert arbeidsrechtelijke wijzigingen en ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar de situatie van PostNL;
- Je adviseert namens PostNL bij gerechtelijke
- en klachtrechtprocedures, bijvoorbeeld bij de kantonrechter. Ook zorg je er samen met onze 'huisadvocaten' voor dat deze procedures tot een goed einde worden gebracht
- Je geeft voorlichting aan onze HR-professionals en het (senior) management over nieuwe wet
- en regelgeving. Door middel van trainingen en workshops zorg je ervoor dat de kennis van deze collega's over het arbeidsrecht op niveau blijft zodat PostNL de juiste interventies kan doorvoeren, altijd passend binnen de wettelijke kaders.

**Je verantwoordelijkheden**

**Zichtbaar werk**:Als (Junior) Legal Councel Labour Affairs geef je onze HR-professionals en managers duidelijk en praktisch advies in individuele dossiers op het gebied van arbeidsrecht. Je werkt secuur en bent een kritische sparringpartner die weet wat er speelt. Daarbij ben je in staat om de verbinding met de (interne) klant te leggen, kun je constructief het gesprek voeren, maar weet je zo nodig ook je eigen koers te blijven varen.

**Uitdaging**:Je gaat aan de slag in een omgeving waar alle aspecten van het arbeidsrecht aan bod komen. Je bijt je vast in uiteenlopende arbeidsrechtelijke procedures in de meest ruime zin van het woord, variërend van ontslagzaken tot en met arbeidsongeschiktheidsdossiers.

**Vrijheid**:Je gaat thuis aan de slag of op een flexplek in ons bruisende kantoor in het historisch Stationsgebouw (naast Holland Spoor).

**Wat breng jij mee?**

Je hebt een WO-diploma rechten op zak en hebt bij voorkeur al relevante ervaring opgedaan met het geven van arbeidsrechtelijk advies, bijvoorbeeld tijdens een stage bij een advocatenkantoor of op de Legal afdeling van een andere corporate. Als (Junior) Legal Councel Labour Affairs is het belangrijk dat je in staat bent om jouw kennis over het arbeidsrecht te vertalen in praktische adviezen voor het management en HR. Met andere woorden, jij maakt makkelijk de vertaalslag van juridisch jargon naar begrijpbare taal. Daarnaast breng je een open en actieve leerhouding met je mee en bijt je je graag vast in een veelvoud aan arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. We verwachten dat je straks zelfstandig kan adviseren, bemiddelen en onderhandelen namens PostNL.
- Kort samengevat breng jij het volgende met je mee:_
- Een WO-diploma voor een relevante opleiding (een afgeronde master Arbeidsrecht is een pré);
- Relevante stage-/werkervaring (maximaal 2 jaar) met arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers is een pré;
- Je bent in staat om af te wisselen in jouw communicatiestijl, wat betekent dat je afhankelijk van de situatie en jouw inschatting daarin, jezelf zowel meer meegaand alsook meer stellend en assertief kunt opstellen richting je gesprekspartner;
- Je bent een teamplayer die ook volledig zelfstandig dossiers kan gaan oppakken en afhandelen;
- Je hebt proceskennis/-ervaring voor het inschatten van het verloop van juridische dossiers.

**Wat bezorgen we jou?**
- Een salaris van mínimaal € 3.817 en maximaal € schaal 10 cao voor PostNL);
- Onze fulltime werkweek is 37 uur;
- 8 % vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen als je fulltime werkt;
