About the role

As Payroll Administrator, you are the cornerstone of the payroll department ensuring timely and accurate salary payments for all employees. You will closely collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure seamless processing of salaries, including all related administrative tasks:

• Processing and verifying salary data;
• Managing monthly salary payments;
• Maintaining personnel records and processing changes;
• Creating salary slips and annual statements;
• Communicating with employees regarding salary-related inquiries;
• Implementing changes in legislation within payroll administration;
• Supporting HR projects and reporting.

Requirements

We are seeking a payroll administrator with the following qualifications:

• You hold at least an Associate's degree in a relevant field;
• You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll administration;
• You have knowledge of current legislation regarding payroll administration;
• You are meticulous, discreet, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• You possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing;
• Experience with systems such as AFAS or Nmbrs is a plus.
