You will work as a practitioner on our telehealth platform called 'Intellect', where your main responsibility is to assist our clients with their mental health and personal development needs and objectives.
This will mainly involve conducting 30-minute video sessions on our platform.
This is a freelance position that allows you to choose your own working hours. We prefer candidates who are local, but we are open to considering applicants from other locations. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to complement your current job or private practice.
We are looking to collaborate with professionals certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Clinical Psychologists, and counselors to be part of a community that works together to improve mental health access for the public through mental health coaching.
What You'll Be Responsible for:
- Providing one-on-one telehealth professional or mental health coaching to clients of Intellect
- Concentrating on subclinical situations like work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance
- Assisting clients in establishing personal or career goals, relationships, and more
- Working in collaboration with the internal clinical team to propose enhancements to the program and platform
Qualifications:
- Hold an active certification from the International Coaching Federation OR possess a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
- Proficient in coaching techniques and evidence-based methods (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours
- Counselors should have a minimum of 300 clinical hours post-graduation
- Must be fluent in English and the local language
- Candidates with previous experience in EAP, counseling for working adults, or coaching in managerial positions will be given preference
