About the Role:

As a Key Account Associate within our Consumer Healthcare Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and eventually managing a portfolio of key accounts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gaining exposure to a variety of healthcare products and the European market's regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales team to assist in all stages of the commercial cycle. Provide daily support for administrative and operational tasks for a portfolio of key accounts. Prepare customer proposals for promotions and new product listings. Ensure all customer information is maintained according to Company Policy (e.g., price lists, contracts). Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) with commercial forecasting and budgeting. Update and maintain the sales forecast in our SAP system (TIM foundations). Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and potential business opportunities. Serve as an external contact person on an assistant level for a portfolio of key accounts. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and supply chain. Act as a backup for the Key Account Manager.

Over time:

Manage a portfolio of smaller key accounts in retail, wholesale, and/or e-commerce on a daily basis. Deliver on sales, profit, market share, customer investment, and margin through full P&L management.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (HBO) with 2-3 years' experience or MBO-diploma with 5-10 years of experience in sales, business administration, or equivalent education. Relevant commercial experience, preferably within the FMCG environment. Working understanding of marketing, supply chain, and financial management. Financial numeracy for building robust proposals. Understanding of sales and forecasting processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience within the FMCG environment and sales industry. Strong analytical ability and proactive working attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain stress-resistant.
