Offshore Crew/Workmen Worldwide Apply nowYour responsibilitiesYour profileOur offer You will be responsible for the DP operations of a jack-up platform in the DEME Offshore fleet You assure all operations are performed in a safe, efficient and productive way Depending on your experience and certification, you will be assigned as Second Mate with the corresponding responsibilities You had a maritime education in a nautical institution You have a Certificate of Competency II/1 or higher (STCW95) You are Full DP Certified for DP2 vessels You have a valid Seaman's Book You have a valid Medical Fitness Certificate You have a valid Passport Preferably, you have a BOSIET or HUET certificate You have at least 3 years of offshore experience Be communicative and problem solving You have a hands-on and no nonsense mentality You speak and write English fluently An extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance A permanent training track which allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally A stimulating, innovative workplace with numerous growth opportunities A people-oriented environment with an interactive health program and a focus on employee wellbeing

Design Engineer HV Cable Systems - Subsea Installations

As Cable Design Engineer, your key responsibility will be to ensure that the High Voltage Submarine Cable Systems for our EPC subsea cable installation projects are designed, manufactured and tested as per our requirements and project specifications. You will be part of a small, international team, supported and coached by an experienced manager. In this position you will collaborate closely with suppliers, clients and various internal stakeholders, and you will contribute to our vision: creating a sustainable future.

Tender Manager Offshore Cables

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.
As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.
This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands and you can make use of our other DEME offices and working from home regimes.
