Als QC Manager in de dagdienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van kwaliteitscontroleprocedures voor zowel inkomende als gefabriceerde goederen, evenals voor procescontroles. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt relaties met klanten met betrekking tot kwaliteitscontrole en geeft leiding aan een team van 10 personen. Daarnaast stimuleer je kwaliteitscontrole in de hele afdeling en ben je in staat trainingen over voedselveiligheid te coördineren. Bij crisissituaties neem je ook deel en voer je oorzaakanalyses uit om nadelige effecten te minimaliseren en incidenten te voorkomen.
Als QC Manager zorg jij ervoor dat alles gestroomlijnd loopt Je werkt in een team waar collegialiteit erg belangrijk is. Je zal onder andere bezig zijn met de volgende taken:
  • Je team aansturen;
  • Reorganiseren van werkprocessen;
  • Problemen oplossen;
  • Analyseplanning en bepalen prioriteit;
  • Klantencontacten (i.v.m. analysemethoden en -resultaten);
  • Leverancierscontacten (analyseapparatuur);
  • Interne audits;
  • Onderzoek productklachten.
Voor de functie QC Manager zoeken wij iemand die op zoek is naar een baan voor lange termijn. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat jij technisch aangelegd bent en een oog voor kwaliteit hebt, daarnaast zoeken wij de volgende kwaliteiten:
  • Je hebt een MBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt leidinggevende ervaring op het gebied van QC bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving;
  • Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en hebt een sterke vaardigheid in het vertalen en verbinden om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren en het QC-bewustzijn te verhogen;
  • Je bent bekend met kwaliteitssystemen;
  • Je beschikt over een goed analytisch vermogen en hebt oog voor detail;
  • In deze rol heb je veel interactie met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partijen. Daarom ben je communicatief sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels, en kun je schakelen op verschillende niveaus.
