The sales floor of Jumbo in Valkenswaard is where you'll be making things happen. You play a key role in our team. When a truck arrives with new inventory, you ensure all products are efficiently stocked in the store and also maintain optimal stock levels. Additionally, you oversee seamless in-store processes, contribute to the store's appearance, and enhance the overall shopping experience. In a nutshell, you are the driving force behind our operations in the store.

You are a prominent figure on our store floor, not only for customers but also for your colleagues. With your help, the store looks neat and well-stocked. Together with your team, you are responsible for accurate tracking of losses and ensuring prices and promotions are clearly displayed throughout the store. Your tasks include:

  • Providing guidance and instructions to your colleagues on the sales floor so they know what is expected of them.
  • Cultivating customer loyalty by utilizing our great 7 guarantees formula. Assisting customers with their products and maintaining a top-notch store appearance.
  • Ensuring a warm welcome for new colleagues in your team to help them settle in quickly and feel comfortable at work.
