Vacancy: Fire Safety Specialist at ASML

Join our Team

As a Fire Safety Specialist at ASML, you will be responsible for maintaining networks consisting of Siemens systems, ASDs, beams, and various types of automatic detectors. You will also work in areas where chemical substances and process gases are used. Your colleagues from the control room will assign you to solve malfunctions and check situations. Being an expert in fire safety, you will prioritize your work and always be aware of the effects of your actions. Your control room colleagues will support you in this.

What you will do:

  • Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on various fire safety systems.
  • Ensure all systems comply with laws and regulations through monthly, quarterly, and annual checks.
  • Analyze malfunctions and identify the exact cause.
  • Prioritize inspections based on your own reports and, if necessary, coordinate with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues focusing on sprinkler installations.

You will be part of the Operational Management and Maintenance team at ASML. With a dedicated team of monitoring and technical specialists, we are responsible for managing and maintaining electrical and building installations. We contribute to ensuring continuous production on the Veldhoven campus and in buildings in Eindhoven. Our work is diverse, challenging, and always focused on safety.

You Are

Staying informed about changes in fire alarm system standards and fire safety regulations is crucial for you. You understand the impact of your actions on processes and the environment. Your ability to clarify complex relationships is valuable, as well as your effective collaboration and communication with colleagues and suppliers. By sharing your expertise with professionals and users, you contribute to enhancing fire safety. Additionally, you have:

  • At least a secondary vocational education level 4 and a maintenance expert diploma for fire alarm systems.
  • Preferably a design expert diploma.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Interest in sprinkler installations.
