Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for overseeing all survey operations, from preparation to execution, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • You lead the offshore project team to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • You maintain clear communication with key project stakeholders
  • You monitor progress and work quality closely
  • You ensure timely delivery of project milestones meeting high quality standards
  • You collaborate on budget management and cost control with the project manager

Your profile

  • You hold a diploma related to hydrographic surveying, geophysics, geology, engineering or possess equivalent experience
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a party chief in the offshore industry
  • You are knowledgeable about marine survey techniques and software
  • You demonstrate practical skills and can perform effectively in challenging environments
  • You have strong communication skills and a critical thinking approach
  • You are fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages considered a plus
  • You have excellent attention to detail, quality, and safety
  • You are open to working on board our vessel for extended periods (1:1 rotational schedule)
