Wat ga je doen?
Als Business Controller ben je een tactische-strategische adviseur die vanuit de inhoudelijke teamopdrachten en -ontwikkelingen grip heeft op het gebied van financiën, het herkennen van risico's en bespreken van de mate van realisatie van de doelstellingen. Je adviseert o.a. een deel van het team Maatschappelijke ontwikkeling en het team Veiligheid, Vergunningverlening, Toezicht & Handhaving, het team dienstverlening en indien nodig de directie, college en raad gericht op het behalen van bedrijfsvoering brede aspecten. Je bent in staat al deze ontwikkelingen door te vertalen naar P&C producten en voert waar nodig de coördinatie uit van de P&C cyclus.
De functie kent een scala aan taken en verantwoordelijkheden en bevat o.a.:
o Integrale advisering van het management op het gebied van Planning & Control (P&C) en is hierin een stevige sparringpartner.
o Het uitvoeren van controle over de tactische – strategische bedrijfsvoering van de gemeente Papendrecht en het zorgdragen voor de koppeling tussen middelen en resultaten van diverse teams.
o Indien nodig, het coördineren de P&C cyclus inhoudelijk, zorgen voor beheersing van de financiële processen en het borgen hierin van het onderwerp risicomanagement.
o Je bent vanuit Financiën integraal verantwoordelijk voor een goede totstandkoming en uitvoering van het P&C cyclus binnen het eigen aandachtsgebied.
o Je geeft vanuit P&C inhoud aan de brede control functie door het financieel adviseren van management e.a. aangaande opgaven en regionale vraagstukken.
o Je levert vanuit het eigen vakgebied een bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van P&C producten.
o Je rapporteert over de voortgang en realisatie van de voorgenomen doelen van je teams en coördineert de tussentijdse interne rapportages.
Wat neem je mee?
Als Business Controller heb je vanzelfsprekend kennis van financiële wet – en regelgeving op het gebied van gemeentelijke financiën en de P&C cyclus, BTW, gemeentelijke belastingen en audits op de interne controle resultaten. Je hebt ervaring met financiële en risico gerichte advisering, een omgevings- en klantgerichte instelling en je beschikt over visie en overtuigingskracht. En dat alles doe je met een proactieve houding, overtuiging, politieke sensitiviteit en resultaatgerichtheid.
Verder heb je:
Minimaal een afgeronde hbo opleiding met ruime aanvullende kennis en ervaring op het vakgebied; Academisch werk- en denkniveau; Kennis van de inrichting en werking van (financiële) administraties.Wat bieden we jou?
Een baan voor 32-36 uur per week waar jij je persoonlijk kan ontwikkelen en samen met je collega's wordt uitgedaagd om impact te maken in de regio. Gezamenlijk werken we aan de ambities van onze gemeente. Kortom: een veelzijdige functie, met een maatschappelijk belang. In ruil voor jouw inzet krijg je:
Een bruto maandsalaris van maximaal €,- op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (schaal 11 ), afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis & ervaring; Een jaarcontract met de intentie om dit na een jaar om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband; Een Individueel Keuze Budget (IKB) van 17,05% van je brutosalaris. Dit komt boven op je maandsalaris. Je kunt ervoor kiezen om dit uit te laten betalen of in te zetten voor bijvoorbeeld het kopen van extra verlofdagen, de contributie van je sportvereniging (tot €,-), de aanschaf van elektrische vervoersmiddelen of de verduurzaming van je huis; Flexibel en hybride werken, dit houdt in dat je veel vrijheid hebt om je uren en werklocatie zelf te bepalen; Een uitgebreid introductieprogramma en de ruimte en stimulans om jezelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen.-
