We are searching for an experienced Head of Product with a solid background in e-commerce to join us on our mission to link global e-commerce together. In this role, you will lead our Product Team, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork, contributing to our product vision, and establishing and implementing a clear product strategy. What will be your responsibilities as our Head of Product?

As the Head of Product, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our product vision and communicating a well-defined product strategy. You will lead, guide, and motivate our Product Managers and other team members, challenging them to make intelligent decisions about which problems to solve and in what sequence, ensuring a focus on results over mere output.

Leveraging your deep understanding of scale-up dynamics, you will champion customer value and usability, while also ensuring the viability of product roadmap execution. You will supervise the entire product engineering process, from conceptualization to launch, adoption, and enhancement. Collaboration is crucial as you collaborate with the Technology and Engineering Leads to refine our engineering procedures, manage inter-team dependencies, and drive the delivery of high-quality software.



What qualifications make you the ideal candidate for the Head of Product role?

  • Over 10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B software in start-ups, scale-ups, or mid-sized companies
  • More than 5 years of experience in coaching and leading a diverse and distributed product team
  • Background in the e-commerce sector
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing all facets of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Profound knowledge of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and software development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
