Als Coördinator Operations word je onderdeel van het vooraanstaande bedrijf gespecialiseerd in sportuitrusting. Dit bedrijf opereert in de Benelux en Duitsland, waar ze niet alleen sportapparatuur verkopen, maar ook installeren en onderhouden. Hun doel is om mensen te helpen trainen met apparatuur die speciaal is ontworpen om het menselijk lichaam op zijn best te laten presteren. Ter versterking van hun team zijn ze op zoek naar tijdelijke versterking gedurende 3 tot 4 maanden.

Salaris
Salarisindicatie van €3.000,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur per week.

Wij zoeken

  • Je beschikt over minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke/warehouse omgeving;
  • Je bent goed communicatief en administratief onderlegd;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 40 uur.

Binnen de afdeling Operations ben jij in deze tijdelijke rol verantwoordelijk voor het gereedmaken van goederen voor verzending. Van orderpicken en inpakken tot versturen. In deze rol geef jij, samen met je collega's vorm aan een efficiënte, nauwkeurige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige dienstverlening om alle bestelde materialen op tijd en correct klaar te maken voor de logistieke dienstverleners. Jij begrijpt het commerciële belang van zeer nauwkeurig werken. Tevens ben jij comfortabel met werken in EPR-systemen.

In deze functie heb je diverse taken:

  • Je coördineert het proces om ervoor te zorgen dat alle uitgaande goederen correct worden verwerkt, pakketten gereed zijn voor verzending naar klanten en tijdig worden gemeld aan onze transporteurs.
  • Je handelt defecte goederen tijdig en correct af.
  • Je beantwoordt alle technische en logistieke vragen en stuurt deze indien nodig door naar de afdeling Klantenservice.
