- Het uitvoeren van een klinische verpakkingsoperatie volgens standaard operationele procedures;
- Op zoek naar verbetering en efficiëntie in en rond werkprocessen;
- Verantwoordelijk voor escalatie wanneer dat nodig is;
- Eigenaarschap nemen voor alle gerelateerde taken en resultaten op eigen gebied;
- Zorg ervoor dat alle trainingen worden voltooid volgens het trainingsplan en de bedrijfsdeadlines;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van batchgerelateerde logistieke processen.
- Ervaring in een (handmatige) verpakkingsomgeving (bij voorkeur Pharma, GMP/GDP-omgeving);
- Kwaliteits- en prestatiegericht;
- Competent en bereid om te werken in een complexe handmatige verpakkingsomgeving;
- Comfortabel werken in een internationale omgeving;
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP/MES;
- Heeft een continue verbetermentaliteit ten aanzien van de eigen rol;
- Je spreekt, leest en schrijft vloeiend de Engelse taal;
- Een goed startsalaris van € 2.960,- bruto per maand;
- 8,33% vakantiegeld;
- 30 vakantiedagen per jaar;
