- You are the host: with your open and warm-hearted nature, you enchant our customers; you let them immerse themselves in the lifestyle world of PAPER & TEA and ensure that they feel at home.
- You advise on individual preferences and sell high-quality teas, accessories, paper products, and more from PAPER & TEA.
- You conduct tea tastings and tea events in the store with joy and are the face of the location.
Networking comes easily to you, and you recognize the value of an engaged community. - You gladly share your knowledge about our products with your colleagues.
- You participate in tea training and further education to become a professional in the PAPER & TEA store.
- You have professional experience in retail, gastronomy, or the lifestyle sector.
- You are a true sales talent and always know what your customers need.
- Your empathetic, consistently positive, and team-oriented character sets you apart. Additionally, you possess excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of service characterize you.
- You can identify with the aesthetics and quality standards of PAPER & TEA.
- You enjoy learning new things and sharing your knowledge – you continuously expand your expertise through regular training sessions.
- Weekend work suits your flexible lifestyle, and you still prefer to have 1-2 Saturdays off each month.
- You speak fluent Dutch, English is a plus.
- You can support us 20/32/38h or up to 40h per week.
