Wat ga je doen?
'Hire for attitude, train for skills' is een filosofie die we al jaren aanhangen. Beschik jij over de juiste houding en het juiste gedrag, breng jij de kwaliteiten mee waar wij naar op zoek zijn, dan helpen we je met ons traineeship graag op weg in je loopbaan. Samen met jouw performance manager zet je een maatwerk route uit die jou brengt naar waar je wilt zijn, ondersteund door trainingen, masterclasses en kennissessies die door onze Academy worden gefaciliteerd.
Om je kennis te laten maken met onze organisatie, onze dienstverlening en het werkveld waarin we actief zijn start je met een aantal andere trainees met een training van 2 weken. Aansluitend wordt er in één week dieper ingegaan op de diverse aspecten van het Integraal projectmanagement team. Daarna start je op een project, al dan niet onder begeleiding van een ervaren consultant van EIFFEL Projects en ga je het geleerde in de praktijk brengen en daarmee jezelf verder ontwikkelen.
Maar dan zijn we er nog niet, vanaf dan zal je regelmatig meegenomen worden in klassikale trainingen, masterclasses, projectbezoeken en/of netwerkbijeenkomsten om jouw hard- en softskills verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat krijg je van ons?
Je krijgt van ons al bij aanvang van het Career Program een contract, dus je volgt het programma betaald. Je hoeft geen studieovereenkomst af te sluiten, wij investeren graag in jouw ontwikkeling en als je eenmaal met ons kennis hebt gemaakt, dan weet je dat je de komende jaren door kan gaan met ontwikkelen. Je moet het progamma dan ook zien als een 'crash course': in korte tijd rusten we je uit met voldoende bagage om aan de slag te gaan, maar de echte groei en ontwikkeling gebeurt in de tijd daarna. We bieden dus een maatwerk programma dat maanden of jaren kan duren... alles in overleg met jou en afhankelijk van jouw tempo.

Wat breng je mee

Minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding bij voorkeur in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting; bij voorkeur enige ervaring opgedaan op/met grote projecten (bouw en infra) bijvoorbeeld door stage of werk tijdens studie; enige basiskennis van projectmatig werken; een sterke persoonlijkheid: communicatief vaardig, assertief, sensitief en standvastig; gevoel voor humor, sociaal, collegiaal; met name starters/junioren worden van harte uitgenodigd om te reageren. Verder bieden wij Salaris van € 2.700 tot € 3.200 per maand bij een inzet van 36 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; contract bij EIFFEL Projects voor maximaal 36 uur; netto vergoeding voor gebruik eigen laptop/telefoon (Bring Your Own device); premievrij pensioen met mogelijkheid tot bijsparen; mogelijkheid tot ontwikkeling in het vakgebied of daarbuiten; inzet op toonaangevende projecten bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; kennisnetwerk met zo'n 400 projectconsultants voor het vergroten en delen van kennis.
