Student Counsellor

The job

As a student counsellor, you will work with individual students and develop and monitor their individual plans to support their needs in an inspiring environment where students can grow, flourish and experience success.

You collaborate daily with parents, teachers, and external organizations such as medical professionals and psychologists to monitor and guide progress.

Your door is always open to provide immediate and emergency support when needed, and as a professional, you remain calm in moments of crisis.

What can you expect from us?

• A part time appointment the school year start August 15, 2024, a later date can be negotiated);
• Salary grading takes place in scale 10 (min. € 3.031;

- max € 5.030,-);

This is what we ask of you

• You have experience in a similar role and you are enthusiastic for international education;
• You have a relevant degree, are eligible to work in the EU and good command of spoken and written English;
• You are skilled in student guidance and counseling, with knowledge of child development including psychosocial and behavioral aspects;
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and organizing support and development plans are part of you expertise.
