Account Receivable Specialist

  • Work on collections and accounts receivable duties.
  • Interact with internal teams, external clients, customers, and merchants.
  • Provide support to the Client AR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in AR and multiple AR programs/systems.
  • De-escalate challenging situations with customers, clients, or merchants.
  • Resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Assist with training and mentoring.
  • Navigate challenging conversations tactfully.
  • Travel as needed to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Exceed department metrics and program Service Level Agreements.
  • Illustrate initiative by proactively addressing customer concerns.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Provide assistance to internal departments.
  • Identify process enhancements to improve department efficiency.
  • Conduct system testing and QA.
  • Assist Leadership team with Receivable tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related accounts receivable experience.
  • C2 level of German, B2 or C1 level of English.
  • Relevant study is preferred.
  • Strong ability to resolve challenging customer situations.
  • Solid negotiation skills under difficult circumstances.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Coachable with the ability to improve performance.
  • Competent with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Willingness to share information and suggestions.
  • Ability to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
