As an Account Manager at
VentaVid, you are responsible for building and managing client relationships in the dynamic world of personalized marketing videos.

In this role, you are not only a commercial force but also play a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction and optimizing client solutions.

VentaVid primarily works with major automotive clients such as Audi, BMW, Bentley, Volvo, and Land Rover, meaning you will work with prestigious brands and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

• Independently approach and recruit new clients to build your own client portfolio.
• Manage and expand client relationships through crossselling and upselling.
• Identify client needs and promptly detect issues, turning them into opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Flexxvoice team for comprehensive onboarding, initially working fully at Flexxvoice and gradually transitioning to VentaVid.
• Provide expert advice on personalized marketing solutions and guide clients through the entire process.

Do You Recognize Yourself in This?

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.
• You have at least three years of experience as a relationship manager or account manager, preferably in the marketing or IT industry.
• You have experience advising clients on personalized marketing solutions.
• You are proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial.
• You can translate client needs into effective solutions.
• You have excellent communication skills and can work well in a team.
