FunctieomschrijvingAre you passionate about ensuring Kruidvat stores in Belgium are always well-stocked with beauty products? In this role, you will work independently to move products within the warehouse using an electric pump truck. Your main responsibilities include stacking items on pallets and verifying that they align with the store requirements.You'll be equipped with a headset that guides you to the exact locations and quantities to pick. Precision is key to ensure the right products reach the stores. You'll need to strategize how to efficiently arrange everything on your pallet, whether it's heavy items like laundry or lighter ones such as toothpaste. Each week begins with a consistent route plan to help you organize and pack your pallet effectively.Your typical workdays will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, while occasional availability on Thursdays and Fridays is required as well. With the possibility of obtaining a permanent position at AS Watson, there are two shifts available for you to explore.If you enjoy tackling challenges, engaging in some problem-solving, and staying physically active, this role might be an excellent match for you.
Functie-eisen
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and team player mentality;
- Ability to work across two shifts (Mon – Sat 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00);
- Flexibility to work on at least two Saturday mornings or afternoons per month.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Hourly salary starting from €13.71 for individuals aged 21 and above (excluding €1.08 ADV-allowance for up to 35 hours weekly);
- For shifts between 20:00 - 22:00 from Monday to Friday, a 25% shift allowance brings the salary to €17.14 (excluding €1.08 ADV-allowance for up to 35 hours weekly);
- During Saturday shifts from 06:00 - 18:00, a 30% shift allowance results in a salary of €17.82 (excluding €1.08 ADV-allowance for up to 35 hours weekly);
- Travel reimbursement at €0.19 per km after 10 km (Reiskostenvergoeding);
- Potential opportunity for a permanent contract with AS Watson;
