WERKZAAMHEDEN

Als Business Support Administrator ben jij samen met 5 andere collega's het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de interne afdeling, klanten en leveranciers. Je rapporteert als team aan de coördinator en bent zelfstandig genoeg om ervoor te zorgen dat alles netjes verloopt. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere het onderhouden van het ticket systeem, deelname aan klachtenvergaderingen en klachtenafhandeling, betrokkenheid bij inbound en outbound activiteiten, bijhouden van KPI-registraties en het plannen van orders.
