You are an experienced Resource Planning Specialist who will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and profitable services that meet our business goals. You have excellent communication skills and can work independently.

  • Ability to influence and build networks and partnerships;
  • Decision-maker, focused on results and customer satisfaction;
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach;
  • Ability to engage others and build trust;
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch at a conversational level.
what will you do

As a Resource Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for staffing project teams that deliver high-quality, profitable services. You will support the sales and services strategy by developing and maintaining resource capacity and demand planning.

  • Collaborate with local service teams, zone service teams, and partners to staff project teams;
  • Support the sales and services pipeline strategy;
  • Initiate and manage resource escalations, identify gaps, and provide proactive advice on scenarios;
  • Provide data-driven advice to service management on recruitment, training, and development of resources;
  • Manage and control utilization targets of services team and individual consultants;
  • Interact with zone resource management to ensure consistency in our services resourcing approach;
  • Own and manage staffing and planning of small projects.
