Job Title: Youth Care Support Worker at Youth Care Organization

• Provide ambulatory support to children and teenagers with a variety of needs and challenges such as ADHD, ASD, emotional regulation issues, attachment problems, a TOS, or a LVB.
• Conduct intake sessions with the child and parents/caregivers and develop a personalized support plan.
• Offer 1-on-1 guidance at the child's home, school, or daycare facilities.
• Opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience within the organization.
• Collaborate with the Care Coordinator to understand the child's background and support plan before commencing guidance sessions.
• Encourage the child's involvement in the support process to enhance their independence.
• Work towards goals such as reducing anxiety, improving social skills, recognizing and managing emotions, planning and organizing, enhancing classroom behavior, and promoting self-sufficiency.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Pedagogy, Social Work, Psychology).
