About the Role

Are you ready to lead the charge in driving demand generation campaigns for GoodHabitz? As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing campaign strategies for our demand generation initiatives.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify the best channels and create engaging touchpoints to connect with our audiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop campaign strategies for podcasts, partnerships, and brand campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audience
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, including global marketing calendar planning and coordination
  • Lead the organic social strategy and manage accounts on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Lead and enhance our social selling program
  • Analyze social and campaign performance against marketing and business goals
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns support lead generation and conversion processes
  • Explore new distribution channels and innovations in existing channels to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing tactics and strategies
  • Proficiency in digital tools and advertising channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and more
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
