Operations Analyst

Job Description

Join our Customer Operations team to monitor installed systems remotely and troubleshoot issues, focusing on batteries and electrolyzers up to 10 MW. You will work closely with engineers to oversee the entire installation process from start to finish, being the main point of contact for customers.

• Ensure safe maintenance execution by applying LOTO on final products;
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into new product designs;
• Implement operational requirements in product design and manufacturing;
• Develop Operational Work Instructions and keep them up to date;
• Provide multidisciplinary support to the technical team.

Job Requirements

Besides specific qualifications, a passion for clean energy is a must. You should be an integrator, problem-solver, and able to represent the organization in customer interactions.

• HBO Process Engineering/ VAPRO-D or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the (petro)chemical or energy sector;
• Experience in testing, commissioning, startup, and operation of process/chemical systems is a plus;
• Knowledge of electrolyzers and/or batteries is highly desirable;
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively in Dutch and English.
