Jouw rol als ServiceNow Platform Support Specialist
Als ServiceNow Platform Support Specialist ondersteun je onze klanten op het ServiceNow platform. Jouw rol is belangrijk voor de klanttevredenheid. Jouw kennis helpt om een issue bij de klant snel en juist op te lossen.
Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden:
Beheer en onderhoud van het ServiceNow-platform, inclusief incident- en probleembeheer, wijzigingen en releasemanagement.Configureren en aanpassen van ServiceNow-modules op basis van wensen van de klant.Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om behoeften te identificeren en oplossingen te implementeren.Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van technische documentatie en gebruikershandleidingen.Uitvoeren van systeemupdates en upgrades, en zorgen voor minimale onderbrekingen tijdens de implementatie.Monitoren van de prestaties van de applicaties en zorgen voor een snelle oplossing van technische problemen.Bieden van ondersteuning en training aan eindgebruikers.Waar en met wie doe je dit?

Je komt te werken in onze Technology practice welke bedrijfsprocessen verbetert en ze leuker, slimmer, sneller en goedkoper maakt. Bezig zijn met technologische aspecten en de implementatie van ServiceNow geeft jou energie. Met jouw kennis en expertise op het gebied van ServiceNow, lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de adviesgroep en onze opdrachtgevers. Om dit te kunnen realiseren heb je uitgebreide kennis over ServiceNow. Daarnaast is ervaring met Agile, Scrum en Lean een pré. Je bent naast implementatie consultant ook een relatiemanager tijdens de implementatietrajecten. Je bent ambitieus en ontwikkelt je graag verder binnen dit vakgebied. Ons nieuwe kantoor is gevestigd naast de Johan Cruijff ArenA, en wij hebben het hybride werken volledig omarmd.
Wat heb je in huis?
Eraneos is een heel dynamisch bedrijf en daarom is het van belang dat je zowel goed zelfstandig maar zeker ook in teamverband goed kunt presteren. Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je zit vol ideeën en vindt het leuk om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen en anderen hiervoor enthousiast te maken.
Je staat ervoor open om feedback te geven maar ook te ontvangen om je collega's maar zeker ook jezelf verder te ontwikkelen zodat we als team impact kunnen maken.
Wat neem jij mee:
Minimaal afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in Informatica, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als applicatiebeheerder, bij voorkeur met ServiceNow.Uitgebreide kennis van ITIL-processen en -methodologieën.Ervaring met scripting en programmeren binnen ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS).Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels.Proactieve en klantgerichte houding.Trefwoorden waarin jij jezelf herkent: analytisch, resultaat- en oplossingsgericht, creatief en daadkrachtig.
