What does a day look like as a call-up production worker with us?

You start your shift with a handover from your colleagues. You will be working between two production lines, taking over from a colleague who had experienced a minor issue with an packaging machine. You investigate the cause, check all process settings, and troubleshoot any problems that arise during the shift. You also ensure the production process runs optimally by monitoring supplies, packaging finished products, and preparing pallets for transportation to the warehouse. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude make you a valuable team member.

About our five-shift system: 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off. You will work an average of 33.60 hours per week.
