Ter uitbreiding van de afdeling Maintenance & Engineering xoeken wij een Teamleader die het team aanstuurt dat voorbereidingen treft voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden, stops en turnarounds op W-, E- en I-gebied. Zowel onderhoud in eigen beheerr als het uitbesteden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan derden. Het team bestaat uit Planners, Purchaser MRO, Technical Supply officer en Maintenance projects support.
Je geeft lediing aan het team en behartigt de personele aangelegenheden, zoals toezien op naleving van voorschriften t/m beoordelen van teamleden.
**Functieomschrijving Teamlead Maintenance Scheduling**:
- Leiding geven aan team, ter voorbereiding van onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
- Plannen en regelen van regulier preventief en gepland onderhoud van alle assets, modificaties, verbeteringen en kleine projecten;
- Zorgdragen voor een optimale korte en middellange termijn planning;
- Zorgdragen voor afhandeling van werkaanvragen betreffende onderhoudswerk op W-, E- en I- gebieden onderhoudswerk in eigen beheer, danwel uitbesteden van werkzaamheden.
**Functiecriteria Teamlead Maintenance Scheduling**:
- Afgeronde HBO opleiding, technische vakrichting (W, E, I of technische bedrijfskunde)
- Aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende;
- Ervaring met planningsprocessen van onderhoud, bij voorkeur van chemische fabrieken;
- Ruime kennis van SAP;
- Mondelinge kennis van de Engelse taal.
