Your contribution to TenneT
• Financial management of several large grid expansion and renewal projects in joint responsibility with the Head Project Execution.
• Overall responsibility for the assigned projects, especially in terms of cost, time and quality.
• Direct reporting to TenneT decision-making committees.
• Ensuring professional project controlling and a consistently up-to-date rolling forecast.
• Ensuring proactive and future oriented risk management for the effective identification and mitigation of project risks.
• Responsibility for transparent and balanced decision making in the assigned projects together with the Head Project Execution, taking into account the overall project and TenneT concerns.
• Actively contribute to a safe and positive working environment for yourself, colleagues and suppliers.
Your profile and background
•You have at least 10 years of experience in financial controlling and/or finance management and at least 5 years in large construction projects, ideally infrastructure projects
•You have a successfully completed university degree ( or comparable) and extensive working experience in financial controlling or finance management, preferably in a project environment.
•You have profound skills in contract- claims- and risk management as well as experience in tender and negotiations
•You have Professional experience and know-how in project controlling and project management, including proficient knowledge of IFRS & SAP
•You are fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing, and proficient in English
•You have an open and positive attitude, as well as a cooperative and team-orientated leadership style
•You have the ability to understand complex technical, business and legal contexts and to summarize them in an understandable way for well-balanced decision-making
•You have good decision-making skills, especially in complex situations, and the ability to be pragmatic
•You are willing to travel regularly on business
