Binnen Vandebron speelt People & Culture een cruciale rol, aangezien wij onze medewerkers als meest waardevol zien in het bereiken van onze missie. Als People & Culture streven we naar het bouwen van betrokken en high perfoming teams die in lijn zijn met onze strategie en waarden.

In de rol van People Business Partner ben je de strategische en tactische adviseur voor managers van meerdere teams in Tech, Data en Operations (ongeveer 150 medewerkers). Je ondersteunt en begeleidt de managers bij het houden en bouwen van betrokken, high performing teams, en helpt Vandebron haar missie te bereiken.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het end-to-end draaien van diverse projecten, afhankelijk van de team- en business behoeften. People Business Partners bij Vandebron spelen een cruciale rol in het versnellen van de energietransitie door managers te supporten en te challengen om echt succesvol te zijn met hun teams, en ze hier vervolgens in te begeleiden. Met een vooruitstrevende aanpak en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel help je Vandebron vooruit, waarbij je de acties van vandaag afstemt op de lange termijn doelen. Jouw rol omvat zowel "running the business" (zoals het beheren van verzuim en performance- management) als "changing the business" door zelfstandig projecten te initiëren en uit te voeren die bijdragen aan de groei van Vandebron.

Als People Business Partner ben jij dé linking pin tussen het People & Culture team en de business, en zorg je voor de juiste aansluiting aan beide kanten om succesvolle teams te bouwen. Ons People & Culture team bestaat uit Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Business Partners, en Office & Events.

Wat je gaat doen

Als People Business Partner ben je een adviseur voor managers die hen coacht en begeleidt op alle People & Culture gerelateerde topics. Met als doel een optimale employee journey te waarborgen, zodat we onze missie ASAP bereiken én een waardevolle bijdrage leveren aan onze medewerkers. Denk aan engagement, performance, team structuur, L&D, comp & ben of verzuim. Jij weet als geen ander de business te doorgronden en je people oplossingen hierop in te zetten; zowel op lange als korte termijn. Je hebt een constructieve en waar nodig kritische blik op kwaliteit, en weet je managers goed te begeleiden in het bouwen van high performing teams. Vertalen van interne ontwikkelingen en externe trends in de markt, naar People & Culture beleid en processen. Je signaleert proactief verbeter mogelijkheden in het beleid en de processen, en zet deze om in acties en projecten. Managen en uitvoeren van verschillende projecten. Denk aan cultuur waarden & gedrag, performance management en engagement. In afstemming met de organisatie behoeften, verdeel je deze projecten samen met de andere People Business Partner. Je bent een leading example van de culturen waarden en waarborgt deze ook binnen het team en de organisatie.

Hoe jij het verschil maakt

Je voelt je sterk gedreven om bij te dragen aan onze missie. Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol. Het liefst heb je ook ervaring in de scale-up wereld. Met jouw ervaring en organisatie sensitiviteit neem je gemakkelijk zelf beslissingen over zaken die betrekking hebben op je teams en managers. Je bent inhoudelijk sterk op People & Culture gebied, van arbeidsrecht tot performance management en verschillende beleidsthema's. Je bent sterk in het bouwen van relaties op alle niveaus en een goede communicator met vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement, coaching en analytisch denken (inclusief data). Je hebt het vermogen om anderen effectief te betrekken bij zowel jouw visie als onze gedeelde visie. Je draagt de waarde 'keep it real' actief uit, waarbij je goed doordachte en constructieve feedback geeft aan je collega's en managers. Je wacht niet af tot werk naar je toe komt, maar signaleert en initieert zelfstandig verbeteringsmogelijkheden binnen People & Culture en je eigen rol, en neemt hier proactief actie op. Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands. Ervaring in Tech & Data en/of Customer Operations teams is een pre.
