About the team
You will be working in the Commercial Processes team at Studyportals and currently consist of 3 team members.

During your internship, you will report to the Commercial Process Manager but also work closely with various stakeholders across all business units.


Responsibilities
Within our team, we are responsible for the processes related to the Commercial team.

We are supporting the University Success team in sales and client management by optimizing processes, workflows, standardizing procedures, and implementing technology solutions.

We aim to drive continuous improvement to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

This includes documentation and the development of internal training materials:

  • You will support the Commercial Processes team to create video training to showcase and support our internal processes.
  • You will edit existing video training to keep them up to date.
  • You will followup and coordinate with key stakeholders to assure the video training meets all requirements.
  • You have the opportunity to bring in your own ideas and suggestions to further enhance our video training content in the Commercial Team.
  • You will report on the number of videos created and the quality of them.

Requirements:

You are:

  • Flexible, curious, opentolearn, techsavvy, open for a challenge
  • Creative and attentive to detail
  • Technical proficiency in video editing and video editing software
  • Selfmotivated and goal driven
  • Have excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills (C1 level)
  • Very organized and have strong time management skills
  • Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands
  • Studying a relevant degree (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media)
  • Available for a 6month internship for ideally 40 hours/week (minimum 24 hrs)
  • Living within a 1hour oneway commute from our Eindhoven office
