We zijn op zoek naar een Qualified Inspector om ons team te komen versterken in Terneuzen, Nederland

Als Qualified Inspector zorg je ervoor dat leidingen en overige drukapparatuur op regelmatige wijze vakkundig wordt geïnspecteerd. Hierbij volg je zowel de eisen uit de Nederlandse wetgeving als ook de interne Dow vereisten met betrekking to mechanische integriteit (GMISS). Ook inspecties op reparaties en wijzigingen aan drukapparatuur behoren tot het takenpakket.

Je gaat werken in een Keuringsdienst van Gebruikers (KvG) aangewezen door het Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid en geaccrediteerd volgens NEN-EN-ISO/IEC17020.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Het opstellen van inspectieplannen ten behoeve van de periodieke herbeoordeling van drukapparatuur (waaronder leidingen) en tanks. Het uitvoeren van inspecties onder verantwoordelijkheid van de senior inspecteur. Neemt waar nodig in verband met de procesgang zelfstandig beslissingen over deelaspecten. Het beoordelen van reparatie en wijzigingsplannen. Beoordelen NDO. Rapporteren van inspectieresultaten. Het vaststellen van het eindoordeel onder verantwoordelijkheid van de senior inspecteur. Evalueren van het inspectieplan en vastleggen herbeoordelingstermijn in SAP. Het beoordelen en ter beschikking stellen van inspectiehistorie bij het opstellen van faalanalyses.

Kwalificaties

Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een technisch MBO-4 diploma, bij voorkeur werktuigbouwkunde. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de Engelse taal. Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een IWT en/of IKT2 diploma met certificering.
