As the Business Architect for Wholesale & Rural (W&R) Onboarding and Financial Economic Crime (FEC), you play a pivotal role in shaping the Business & IT architecture and strategy for this domain to ensure we meet our global regulations on KYC and continue to create business value.

This requires close alignment and collaboration with our global counterparts and the Retail NL FEC department.


Your responsibilities are twofold; you are the global Business Architect W&R FEC in the Business Architecture team and you are the Area architect for the FEC Area (part of the CB&D Tribe within W&R).

In your role as Area Architect, you are working closely with the Area Lead and Tech Lead of that Area.

As a member of the business architect team, you participate in the global W&R Architecture Board by representing the W&R FEC Area.

You are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the Architecture vision and Target Architecture for the FEC CDD process as well as specific deliverables such as the FEC Data Architecture and development of the FEC Reporting architecture (RADAR).

You and your talent

  • At least 5 years of enterprise or business architecture experience.
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with client lifecycle processes, client data, KYC, and CDD processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven success in stakeholder management.
  • Experience with global stakeholder management.
  • Able to develop a vision and keep a steady direction.
  • Fluent in English
  • A pragmatic mindset and someone who can bring conceptual thinking into concrete & actionable plans

This is what we offer you
- a gross yearly salary of approximately up to € ,00, based on your experience and skills (Scale 11)
- thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
- an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings, or choose for the budget to be paid out
