As Content Specialist you will work on development of current content and functionality. Besides that future to be developed content to maintain a high quality and functionality of the SmartEquip platform within the organisation. This all to support efficiency and reduce support tickets in the organization. You will develop policies and procedures regarding content. You have to manage and overlook processes that involves content which is: Documentation and Drawings, User management, Location management, Fleet mapping, Supplier pages, Price files, Messages, Languages, and User interface of the platform.
In your role as a content specialist, these are your responsibilities:

Plans priorities to reduce service tickets related to SmartEquip Content. Sets goals for SmartEquip and Suppliers and does everything within reach to help reach these goals. Is the point of contact for the Spare parts team regarding improvements on all things content SmartEquip related Roll out supplier functionalities (insight into stock, track & trace, service items, frequently used items). Testing Customer Acceptance (CA), quality control before Supplier is set live in SmartEquip Testing Customer Acceptance (CA), quality control before Supplier is set live in SmartEquip Fleet Mapping (Aliasing) and First hit Ratio machine search
