We're on the lookout for a new Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our Sales team as we continue to grow and gear up for the future.

Your Role as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager:

Engage, meet, present, connect, and pitch at the cutting-edge of recruitment marketing innovation with a team that values uniqueness.

As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager, your focus will be on forging new partnerships and collaborating closely with various departments within VONQ (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to shape our strategy, particularly in expanding business around our distinctive platform. You'll be the face of VONQ, ensuring fruitful conversations translate into opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing an international strategic sales development plan
  • Gaining a profound understanding of prospects/customers' needs and guiding them on our recruitment marketing solutions through captivating storytelling and case studies
  • Cross- and upselling to existing customers through strategic account management
  • Representing VONQ at industry events and meetups
  • Building strong relationships with global recruitment professionals
  • Utilizing social selling techniques to enhance VONQ's presence in the international recruitment sector
  • Traveling when possible for face-to-face interactions with your network during events, knowledge sessions, and prospect meetings

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of Relationship Management/Sales experience in a tech-focused setting
  • Background or familiarity with the recruitment industry
  • A natural inclination towards brand building
  • Strong networking abilities to expand our business swiftly
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
  • A customer-centric sales approach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and flexibility

The position is located in Rotterdam or Groningen with a hybrid-working policy, so candidates ideally should reside in The Netherlands for easy commutes to the office.
