Als _K_ey_ _U_ser Digitale Leeromgeving _(_0.8-1_ fte) bij Breda University of _Applied_ Sciences (_BUas_) sta je midden in het onderwijs. _Je helpt bij het vertalen van het onderwijsprogramma naar de inrichting van _Brightspace_ met (het Learning Management System van _BUas_). Als vraagbaak ondersteun je docenten in het eigen maken van de verschillende applicaties die _Buas_ breed worden aangeboden en denk je mee over hoe die slim en creatief ingezet kunnen worden. _Een afwisselende functie waar volop ruimte is voor innovatie._

**Over deze baan**
Met deze baan help jij docenten en docententeams met het inzetten van de juiste digitale (onderwijs) tools bij Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas). Hierdoor draag je bij aan het verbeteren en innoveren van onze core business: gewoon goed onderwijs BUas heeft recentelijk een nieuw Learning Management System (LMS) geïmplementeerd. Je helpt docenten op weg in dit nieuwe systeem (Brightspace) en denkt mee over verbeterpunten.

Jouw thuisbasis is binnen de dienst Education, Research & Information Management (ER&IM), maar je opereert vooral binnen de academies. Met jouw kennis van de applicaties binnen BUas, adviseer en help je collega's. Dit bestaat niet alleen uit het bieden van praktische ondersteuning, zoals weten welke tools bij welke onderwijsactiviteit je het beste kunt inzetten en wanneer, maar ook advies bij de inrichting van deze applicaties. Het gaat om het integreren van de verschillende tools binnen de onderwijsprocessen van de academies, zodat docenten hier optimaal gebruik van kunnen maken. Je organiseert en verzorgt trainingen en workshops om collega's wegwijs te maken in het gebruik van de verschillende onderwijstools.

Je hebt regelmatig contact met docenten en onderwijskundigen, zodat je weet wat er speelt en waar behoefte aan is. Op die manier wordt er invulling gegeven aan de digitale leeromgeving (DLO) van BUas. Je herkent signalen en acteert proactief om zo voor een optimale DLO te zorgen.

**Wat bieden wij jou?**
- Het salaris bedraagt mínimaal € 2.724,20 en maximaal € 3.631,83 bruto per maand bij een volledig dienstverband;
- De functie is gewaardeerd in schaal 7 van de cao-hbo. Je officiële functienaam wordt medeweker bedrijfsvoering;
- Het betreft een tijdelijke functie in verband met ziektevervanging en daarom krijg je een aanstelling t/m 31 mei 2025;
- Je krijgt een volledige reiskostenvergoeding wanneer je met het OV reist en een tegemoetkoming aan de ziektekostenverzekering;
- Je krijgt een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% en jaarlijks 8% vakantiegeld;
- Je krijgt elk jaar professionaliseringsuren én bijna elf weken vakantie bij een fulltime aanstelling;
- Je komt te werken in een klein, hecht team waar volop ruimte is voor innovatie en frisse ideeën;
- In deze functie heb je veel contact met docenten en heb je de vrijheid om je taken zelf in te delen;
- Je komt te werken op een groene, duurzame campus vlakbij het centrum van Breda.

- Je hebt een hbo werk

- Je bent communicatief vaardig en zoekt proactief verbinding met medewerkers van alle academies;
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Office 365 applicaties, zoals MS Teams, en kunt diverse onderwijstools snel eigen maken;
- Je denkt mee en weet de juiste vragen te stellen;
- Je hebt een onderzoekende houding en je kunt processen van bovenaf bekijken;
- Je hebt een goede Nederlandse en Engelse spreek
- en schrijfvaardigheid nodig om internationale studenten, collega's en bedrijven goed te woord te kunnen staan.
