The Opportunity

We want to help you grow and introduce you to all aspects of our digital agency. You'll explore diverse facets of marketing and collaborate with various departments, gaining insight into your colleagues' roles. As our marketing intern, you will be assigned to a mentor, Helene, to help you navigate the Youwe experience. Your fellow team members and other colleagues will also be available to support you.

As our marketing intern, these will be your key responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to support targeted marketing strategies and content creation. Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and emails to build community and foster interaction. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, utilizing industry best practices to maximize reach and effectiveness. Monitor and optimize live campaigns through A/B testing and analytics to enhance click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI. Analyze data from ad platforms and analytics tools to adjust strategies and improve campaign performance continually. Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with broader digital marketing objectives and company goals. Share

To apply for this role, you should qualify for the following:

You are available for an internship starting September of 2024 (for 5-6 months), 36-40 hours per week. You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing program at HBO/WO level. You are fluent in Dutch & English. You either have experience with or would like to learn more about the following aspects of marketing: market research, ad campaign creation & optimization, marketing analytics, content creation.

Who you will work with

You'll be joining a team of 10, operating from 3 different countries. All of which have their own specialties and skills and the majority of which is situated at the Rotterdam office. One of your colleagues will be Kiefer. Before Kiefer joined our team in a full-time capacity he did multiple marketing internships at Youwe.

What have you learned during your internship at Youwe?
