Nextens is onderdeel van LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) en vormt daarbinnen een eigen onderdeel waar een hecht en enthousiast team van ongeveer 60 collega's de gehele Nextens productlijn ontwikkelt en beheert volgens DevOps.

We gebruiken de nieuwste Microsoft technologieën en cloud producten. We hebben in ons team een agile/scrum werkwijze en werken multidisciplinair samen in zelfsturende teams. Dit geeft je veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid, maar zeker ook vrijheid om het beste uit jezelf te halen. We willen dat je snel leert, zodat je je kunt ontwikkelen in de door jou gewenste richting, welke wij natuurlijk op de juiste manier zullen ondersteunen.

Wat ga je doen?

Bij Nextens ben je als Requirement Analyst/Engineer verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van de Business requirements naar concrete user stories.

Allereerst bespreek je samen met de business analyst wat de scope en doel is van de op te leveren epic en/of features en analyseer je wat nodig is om dat te kunnen realiseren.

Vervolgens werk je dat uit in user stories, op een zodanige manier, dat het voor de rest van het team duidelijk is wat er moet worden gebouwd en getest.

Tijdens refinement meetings worden de user stories met het gehele team besproken en verwerk je de feedback, zodat de stories ready zijn.

Zodra de code is opgeleverd en getest, beoordeel je de oplevering kritisch, zodat de kwaliteit van onze producten op hoog niveau blijft.

Je bent dus onderdeel van het gehele proces: van idee tot uitwerking naar daadwerkelijke release voor klanten, inclusief het oplossen van eventuele problemen bij klanten na oplevering van nieuwe features.

Je bent onderdeel van een zelfsturend (scrum) team en je werkt nauw samen met developers en de testers om de afgesproken sprintdoelen te halen en de kwaliteit van de software te waarborgen.

De verschillende scrum teams werken volgens het DevOps principe, waarbij het team niet alleen verantwoordelijk is voor de kwaliteit van oplevering, maar ook voor het bestaande product.

Je gaat nauw samenwerken met andere onderdelen van de organisatie, zoals Product Management, Business Analisten, UX, Marketing, Sales en uiteraard ook met onze klanten. Elk team heeft een product owner en delivery manager, die deel uitmaken van de dagelijkse stand-ups en betrokken zijn bij je scrum team.

Wat breng jij mee?

Het zou mooi zijn als je ervaring hebt in een API integratie en data omgeving Daarnaast heb je minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als requirements analyst/engineer Je hebt een financiële, fiscale of bedrijfseconomische opleiding, danwel ervaring met boekhoud- of ERP-softwarepakketten Je bent analytisch, waarbij je zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband taken kan oppakken, maar ook kan overbrengen aan je teamleden Je bent creatief, nieuwsgierig en ondernemend, je kan je goed inwerken en inleven in nieuwe technologiën en ontwikkelingen Je bent enthousiast en hebt goed ontwikkelde sociale en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden Je hebt goede verbale en schriftelijke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden en beheerst zowel de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
