We hebben een missie om schoner vervoer voor iedereen mogelijk te maken en de weg te banen naar een koolstofarme toekomst. Dit doen we door oplossingen te ontwerpen en te bouwen voor het opladen van elektrische voertuigen thuis, op het werk en onderweg.

Met enkele van de meest gepassioneerde en ervaren geesten aan onze zijde, streven we ernaar om opladen gemakkelijk en toegankelijk te maken. Onze bekroonde diensten omvatten laadpunten en een mobiele app en laadpas, die toegang bieden tot laadpunten in meer dan 33 landen.


DE FUNCTIE

Als onderdeel van het Delivery Team Home NL is een Delivery Agent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van installatieondersteuning aan onze partners. Je draagt bij aan de strakke planning van installaties en helpt bij het oplossen van problemen waar onze engineers dagelijks mee te maken hebben. De Delivery Agent rapporteert aan de Team Lead Home en werkt samen met ons Inside Sales en andere afdelingen. Als Delivery Agent is werkdag een succes wanneer alle geplande installaties voor die dag zijn opgeleverd zoals beloofd en alle klanten tevreden zijn met hun laadoplossing.

Naast de dagelijkse operationele taken maak je deel uit van een dynamische en groeiende werkomgeving, wat betekent dat de markt, onze producten en diensten, evenals de applicaties die we gebruiken voortdurend veranderen. Van een Delivery Agent wordt verwacht dat deze hier flexibel en zelfverzekerd mee omgaat.


Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het bieden van (remote) support aan Shell Recharge installatie en verkooppartners tijdens de installatie van het laadpunt.
  • Dagelijkse monitoring en rapportage van de prestaties van de Shell Recharge installatiepartners in Nederland.
  • Dagelijkse monitoring van veelvoorkomende technische problemen en het bespreken van structurele oplossingen met ons centrale hardware team.
  • In direct contact staan met klanten over installaties.
  • Je bent enthousiast om on-the-job training te volgen om meer kennis en vaardigheden te genereren voor het werken met onze producten.
  • Je bent voortdurend bewust van veiligheids- en beveiligingsaspecten tijdens het werken met onze producten, omdat werken in deze omgeving betekent dat u aan hoge veiligheidsnormen voldoet.

  • Enthousiast, creatief, proactief en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels zijn een must.
  • Affiniteit met elektrotechnische techniek.
  • Je bent zeer gemotiveerd om een topklantervaring te leveren en tegelijkertijd onze dagelijkse activiteiten te verbeteren.
  • Je bent kritisch op je eigen werk en dat van anderen. We werken met afdelings-KPI's, wat vraagt om een accurate en resultaatgerichte houding.
