All about the role

As our RTR Supervisor you are accountable for ensuring the delivery of RTR services in the assigned reporting segment and you will support the innovations and continuous improvement initiatives led by the RTR Manager. It is your responsibility as RTR Supervisor to make sure that the month end close is efficient and to follow up on outstanding tasks.

You will lead a team based in the Netherlands and therefore responsible for talent management, including development conversations and recruitment processes.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Lead and supervise all accounting and internal reporting activities for North Europe reporting segment
• Optimize the financial accounting & internal reporting process
• Contribute to the development of overall accounting & reporting process
• Manage 2 team leads
• Provide guidance and assistance to accountants
• Act as the main point of contact for external and internal auditors
• Communicate financial/business impact and provide recommendations

What will you bring to the table?

• Degree( Bachelor's in accounting finance or equivalent) and Professional qualification ( e.g. CPA, ACCA).
• Experience in the R2R domain function.
• Experience as a team lead
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS guidelines
• You enjoy improving processes, and have some previous experience in process design, improving process quality using best practice.
• Familiarity with project management and willingness to deliver in changing environments while managing timelines.
• Experience in Workday and OneStream Consolidation Tool are a big plus
• Good communication skills to collaborate with various cross functional stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills
