HOE ZIET JOUW DAG ALS SENIOR EVENT EXECUTIVE ERUIT?
Als Senior Events Executive werk je samen met het team aan de organisatie en planning van groepen en evenementen voor Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Hierbij kun je denken aan vergaderingen, congressen, diners in The Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid maar ook andere evenementen zoals bruiloften, (thema)feesten en incentives.

ENKELE VAN JE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:
  • Het afhandelen van nieuwe aanvragen en het onderhandelen over groepskamerprijzen, zaalhuur, prijzen voor eten en drinken en hoteldiensten in overeenstemming met de verkoopstrategieën en financiële doelstellingen van het hotel.
  • Assisteren met onboarding en training van nieuwe G&E medewerkers
  • Converteren van evenementaanvragen en het ontwikkelen van toekomstige en terugkerende zaken evenementen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en voorbereiden van alle evenementdocumentatie en het coördineren met sales, hotelafdelingen en klanten om consistente service op hoog niveau te garanderen tijdens pre-event, event en post-event fasen van hotelevenementen
  • Maximaliseer de inkomsten uit vergaderingen door alle verkoop- en tariefstrategieën, onderhandelingspraktijken, concessieregels en best practices voor inkomstenbeheer toe te passen.
  • Ondersteun verkoopinitiatieven met site-inspecties, klantentertainment, kennismakingen en andere evenementen die deel uitmaken van het verkoop- en marketingplan.
