Job Title: Teamlead Deployment & Local Support at IDEMIA

Would you like to lead a team within the Aanvraag en Uitgifte Service Line at a company with a global presence like IDEMIA? Here is your chance to take on the role of teamlead Deployment & Local Support. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and management of the request chain for Dutch travel documents at issuance locations. You will be leading 2 sub teams, so being assertive is key. Your responsibilities will include assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with the management team to set department goals.

Additionally, your daily tasks will involve:

  • Planning and monitoring service engineers' maintenance visits locally and internationally;
  • Creating various reports;
  • Sending out security, software, and standard updates;
  • Actively participating in projects;
  • Managing IT office/production environment workstations;
  • Conducting acceptance tests for changes and releases, ensuring proper implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HBO level of education;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role;
  • ITIL Foundation v4 certificate;
  • Strong communication and customer service skills;
  • Team player;
  • Flexibility;
  • Stress-resistant with good teamwork abilities;
  • Residing in Haarlem or its surroundings.

Offer:

  • Gross salary between €4400 and €5000 based on a 36-hour workweek;
