We are seeking interim support for our Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE) for a 3-month period. The role involves supporting various initiatives crucial to our C&B strategy, acting as the point of contact for employee compensation queries, and managing the information exchange for our STI and LTI reports.

Fair Pay: We wish to enhance pay transparency and capitalise on data reporting to stimulate a fair pay environment.

Workday: Create a more transparent environment on our HRIS 'Workday' to facilitate improved reporting capabilities

Employee Benefits: Analyse the benefits on a global scale in collaboration with the Operating Companies (OpCos)

Skills and Expertise
Qualifications :

You are eligible to work as a contractor or freelancer in the Netherlands (Zelfstandigen zonder personeel, ZZP)

You are available for a short-term assignment of 3 months

You have substantial experience as an independent contributor to global Compensation & Benefits initiatives

You leverage your excellent communication in English to gather information from our global OpCos

Expectation from Role :

Within the project timeframe of 3 months, you will make significant contributions to Nutreco's the C&B strategy

You will maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring you receive all relevant information to drive effective change.

Through thorough analysis, you will provide insights into our current practices, lying the foundation for future improvements.
