What you will do?

• Responsible for managing and maintaining all utility systems such as heating installations, sewage, fire fighting systems, climate control systems, water purification systems, etc.;
• Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks and resolving breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted operation of the utility services;
• Developing a long-term maintenance plan;
• Managing and maintaining company-owned operational buildings including paving, sewage, and drainage;
• Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards regarding utility services;
• Collaborating with other departments such as production, technical service, and quality control to optimize the efficiency and reliability of utility services;
• Managing contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers;
• Various projects related to the above topics.

Where will you work?

You will be part of the Utility department within the Maintenance department, responsible for all technical maintenance at the Rockwool Roermond Site. Along with approximately 125 colleagues, you will ensure the smooth operation of production. The Utility department focuses on developing, optimizing, and providing a range of facility services for the ROCKWOOL operations department in Roermond.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in the field;
• Experience in managing and maintaining utility systems in a production environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in reading technical drawings.

• Gross monthly salary between €4191 and €5372;
• Permanent contract;
• 25 vacation days plus 26 ATV days for full-time employment;
• 13th month pay;
