Wij zijn op zoek naar ervaren inkoper om onze inkoopoperaties en ons team te leiden. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse instroom van een divers assortiment aan producten die door ons hotel worden gebruikt, waarbij je zorgt voor naadloze en efficiënte operaties.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Voorraadbeheer: Monitoren van alle voorraadniveaus en identificeren van toekomstige inkoopbehoeften; Administratieve controle: Handhaven van een goede administratieve en financiële controle over alle aspecten van de inkoopafdeling; Registratie: Toezien op updates van onze inkoopdatabases en zorgen voor nauwkeurige registratie; Marktonderzoek: Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek om prijstrends en nieuwe leveranciers te identificeren, aanbiedingen te evalueren en prijzen te onderhandelen; Kostenanalyse: Opstellen van gedetailleerde kostenanalyses ter ondersteuning van inkoopbeslissingen; Samenwerking: Nauwe samenwerking met het F&B en Keuken Management team om kwaliteitsproducten tegen concurrerende prijzen in te kopen; Global Sourcing: Samenwerken met collega's van onze Europese zusterhotels om producten in te kopen en contracten te onderhandelen voor de Set Hotels en Set Collection. Je rapporteert direct aan onze Regionale Financieel Directeur en speelt een cruciale rol in het handhaven van de hoge standaarden van het Conservatorium Hotel.
Hoe ziet jouw vijf sterren werkomgeving eruit?
Het Conservatorium hotel is een 5 sterren hotel in Amsterdam en is de afgelopen vijf jaar geselecteerd als een van de 25 beste luxe hotels van Europa. Wij zijn één van de vier oprichters van The Set Collection. Een zorgvuldig samengestelde luxe hotelcollectie, bestaande uit enkele van 's werelds meest uitzonderlijke en onafhankelijke hotels en resorts wereldwijd.

Onze nieuwe Inkoop Manager heeft sterke organisatorische vaardigheden om een dynamische inkoopoperatie te overzien. Je leidt door het juiste voorbeeld te geven en streeft ernaar om het serviceniveau en de financiële prestaties van je afdeling verder te optimaliseren. Daarnaast heb je: Aantoonbare ervaring als Inkoop Manager, Procurement Manager of vergelijkbare rol; Leidinggevende ervaring om zowel je team te coachen als stakeholders te managen; Sterke kennis van supply chain management en prijsstelling; Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (schriftelijk en mondeling); Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office (Excel) en inkoopsoftware (Adaco).
