Additionally, you are in charge of the guest reviews. You write comments on all the reviews on a daily basis, and make sure there will be a follow-up if needed. You create the new ambassadors of our hotel to ensure they will stay with us again.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?
- You have completed a hospitality-related course and are ready for a new step (Hotel Management school is a great advantage)
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and creative and know how to apply this in the right way in your work.
- Hospitality is in your blood You won't take "no" for an answer
- You like hard work and you are not afraid to take responsibility.
- You master the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus

Located on Apollolaan in Amsterdam South, overlooking the intersection of five canals, you will find the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.
