Customer Support Representative

Wat doet Evolve IP?Tegenwoordig is het kantoor niet langer een fysieke werkplek: het is een verzameling mensen die vanuit verschillende locaties samenwerken. Wij werken samen met IT-professionals om de essentiële productiviteits- en communicatietools van bedrijven samen te brengen in één enkele, beveiligde, cloud-based oplossing. Deze oplossing is een service voor hybride werken.

Door individuele systemen van providers zoals Microsoft, Cisco en VMware te integreren en aan te vullen met onze eigen oplossingen, verbeteren we de ervaring voor zowel werknemers als klanten. We centraliseren zo het technologiebeheer van bedrijven. Bedrijven beschikken zo over een oplossing die de toekomst van het werk voor iedereen beter maakt, ongeacht veranderingen in locaties, tools en partners.

Wat zijn mijn taken als Customer Support Representative?Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én partners. Deze help je efficiënt, tijdig en volgens onze Service Level Agreement. Dit doe je niet altijd alleen, je collegas van het CSR-team staan voor je klaar als je er niet uit komt. Je wordt niet alleen gebeld, maar bij updates of vragen aan onze klanten of partners weet je precies hoe je dit moet aanpakken. Om nog efficiënter te kunnen werken, promoot jij onze selfservice portals, ze zijn er immers niet voor niets. Oh, ja Je bent een belangrijke schakel om onze 24/7 support belofte waar te maken. Dit doe je door on-call diensten te draaien.

Welke middelen heb ik tot mijn beschikking in mijn functie?Je zit achter je werklaptop met verschillende systemen om je werk gemakkelijker te maken (want die verkopen wij ook zelf). Communiceren doen wij via de telefoon, e-mail, onze Anywhere Portal of ons interne ticketsysteem. In ons interne systeem houd je alle interactie met de klant bij.

Kun je mij iets vertellen over het team waar ik in ga werken?Zeker kunnen we dat Je collegas zijn tevreden als de klant dat is. Communiceren kort en bondig, denken in oplossingen en innoveren. De ongeveer 40 Nederlandse collegas werken hybride, maar toch gemiddeld de helft van de tijd vanuit het kantoor in Rotterdam.

Welke vaardigheden moet ik hebben?Wij zoeken een collega met veel ervaring als Support Representative. Affiniteit met onze dienstverlening en technisch inzicht zijn een must, maar met kennis over gehoste telefonie heb je een streepje voor. Je snapt dat communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling & schriftelijk) in het Nederlands of Engels essentieel zijn.

Wat zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden in deze functie?Uiteraard bieden we je een goed salaris op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en een extra vergoeding voor de on-call diensten. Deze 24/7 on-call diensten zijn één keer per maand een week lang. Je start met een tijdelijk contract, maar onze intentie is om deze te verlengen met een vast contract.

Je doet mee in het collectieve pensioenplan krijgt een mobiele onkostenvergoeding van 45,00 netto per maand. De overige arbeidsvoorwaarden vertelt Ellen Hoks je graag in een persoonlijk gesprek.
